Camp Day Information

Check-In

Check-In begins 1 hour before each camp. A signed registration and insurance form along with full payment must be submitted before campers can participate. Further camp information will be e-mailed prior to camp.

SCHEDULES

1-Day Camp Itinerary:
The first hour of camp is devoted to our Combine School. We will be teaching the proper fundaments and techniques for the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, shuttle, 3-cone drill, and end with flexibility/mobility training.

Camp Practice Schedule:

  1. Stretch
  2. 25 minutes of individual work
  3. Break
  4. 10 minutes of Group Work
  5. 20 minutes of Competition/1-on-1 drills
  6. Break
  7. 10 minutes of individual work
  8. 25 minutes of Team Drills (7-on-7)

What to Bring

Campers need to bring the following: Helmet (Not needed for Specialist Camp or Wolfpuppy Camp), workout attire (shorts, shirt, socks), and cleats (grass field). If necessary, a limited number of helmets will be available to rent on a first come first served basis for $25 (1-Day High School Camps Only).

Inclement Weather

The camps will go on regardless of weather. In the event of severe weather we will send an email to all campers with additional information.

Parents

Parents are allowed to stay and observe the camps.

Concessions

There will be camp concessions where snacks and drinks can be purchased as well as Wolpack Camp Apparel.

Medical

Certified athletic trainers will be on site during all camps.
